Friday, December 8

7-8 p.m.: Tree Lighting, Marshall Gold Discovery State Historic Park (near Coloma post office). Caroling led by Golden Sierra High School Choir. Hot cocoa and cider provided by the Coloma Lotus Chamber of Commerce.

9 a.m.: Jingle Bell Run — Start and end at Henningsen Lotus Park. 5k walk/run route: Lotus Road/Bassi Road to Camp Lotus and return
10 a.m.: Pet Parade (Holiday Costume Contest!) and Photos with Santa, at Henningsen Lotus Park
12 noon to 2 p.m.: River Park Village — Holiday Drinks at American Heritage. Gingerbread Cookie Decorating for Kids at Sierra Rizing Bakery. Lotus Art Studio features jewelry artist Kristiana Spaulding and her vintage Airstream studio; wine, hors d'oeuvres and gifts
2 p.m. to 5 p.m.: Gold Hill Olive Oil Company: Olive Oil Tasting, Olive Oil Ice Cream, Bonsai Trees from Lotus Bonsai, and Christmas Cookies from Café Mahjaic
4 p.m. to 6 p.m.: Holiday Evening Wine Tasting with Venezio, Gold Hill and David Girard Vineyards
4 p.m. to 7 p.m.: Feliz Navidad Party at David Girard Vineyards
6 p.m. until ?: Fine Holiday Dining at Cafe Mahjaic and Sierra Nevada House, plus an Evening Performance of a Holiday Play at Old Coloma Theatre. Doors Open at 7:30 and Curtain Rises at 8 p.m.
