American River Conservancy - The Conservancy always welcomes volunteers to help with their wonderful natural history and children's programs. For more information call them at (530) 621-1224.
Coloma-Lotus Chamber of Commerce - The motto of our active Chamber is "promoting business and community in the Coloma-Lotus Valley." The Chamber sponsors the annual Easter Egg Hunt, co-sponsors ColomaFest, and promotes the area through the printed Coloma-Lotus Guide and support of the Coloma.com and American River web sites. They invite all local businesses and individuals to join.
Coloma-Lotus Valley Community Association (CLVCA) - The CLVCA welcomes all community members to participate in its recreational, environmental, and community-building programs. They sponsor community picnics, and raise money with pancake breakfasts and rummage sales.
Gold Discovery Park Association - The GDPA is a non-profit, volunteer organization providing interpretation, education, and service at Marshall Gold Discovery State Historic Park in Coloma. They welcome volunteers and provide fun docent training. For more information call (530) 622-6198.
