Marshall Gold Discovery State Historic Park comes alive on the second Saturday of each month from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Experience what life was like during the California Gold Rush during Living History Day activities.
Living history activities will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the picnic area behind the museum.
Learn what it was like to be a miner in Coloma and what tools were used to find gold.
Visit with the carpenter as he makes items to use in the mines.
Visit with our rope maker and make your own rope.
