Below are information resources for the Coloma-Lotus Valley related to emergencies. If you believe another resource should be added or any should be updated, please let us know at clac@edcgov.us.

Preparation & Prevention

VERY IMPORTANT:

Register for alerts with CodeRED

http://ready.edso.org/

Note: A CodeRED Emergency message will have a caller ID of 866-419-5000. A CodeRED General message will have a caller ID 855-969-4636. They suggest you program both numbers in your cell phone as a “new contact”. If you need to replay the emergency notification message again, simply dial the number and you will be able to hear the message again.

After registering your telephones with CodeRED at http://ready.edso.org/, in an emergency, you will receive notifications in the form of voice telephone calls, text messages and emails.  Please follow any directives given in these emergency notifications.  Remember to register all of your telephone numbers with CodeRED including all cellular numbers and landlines.  Parents, remember to register the cell numbers of any children so they are aware of any emergency situations.
