In this class Candis will help you understand common spices as potent herbal remedies. You will learn how to make teas, honey blends, oils, tinctures, and poultices. Also, the benefits of herbal baths will be covered, as well as how various herbs can be used for their aromas for calming and sleep. Candis Cantin has over 40 years practical experience as an herbalist, herbal and nutritional counselor, and teacher of holistic lifestyle principles. She has owned and directed the EverGreen Herb Garden and School of Integrative Herbology located in the Sierra foothills, where there are extensive organic botanical gardens to view.
